The Acting Center helped me to discover my love of improv and grow confidence. I learned so many transferable skills which I've been able to apply throughout my life. Zoe and Jake create a safe and supportive environment for actors to play. I know I would not be the person I am today without my experiences at The Acting Center.

Biomedical Science - University of Guelph
This class is designed for the older Musical Theatre Performer. Performers will sing, act and dance in this fast paced and exciting class. Performers will participate in the writing, recording and filming of an original music video as well as rehearse and perform pieces from classical and contemporary musical theatre. Each member of this class will have a voice in the work that interests them and the opportunity to share it with their peers. This Musical Theatre class has seen teens grow in confidence, gain lifelong friendships and celebrate the talents that are unique to them. All levels of experience are welcome!
Each class is led by Artistic Director Jake Simons who has performed in musicals across Canada and the U.S. for over 25 years.
